General Description:

Climb aboard this expertly maintained 44 Defever. As you walk around the side decks you feel her elegant strength beneath your feet. Walk aft onto the spacious sundeck what a wonderful place to enjoy an afternoon on the hook! Climb up 3 easy steps to a fully equipped helm. From the helm seat you not only have great visibility forward but aft as well.

The salon is three steps down from the aft deck, it has n L shaped settee to port and a large counter to starboard. Forward is a 24" TV/VCR/DVD player combo to port and the inside helm to starboard. Sliding side doors port and starboard provide easy access to the side decks. The decor was updated with new fabrics, cushions, draperies, carpet, lighting and counter-tops in 2003.

Five steps down and forward is the guest V berth with its own head to starboard which had new Vacuflush holding tank, tank monitor and macerator installed in 2004. The V berth has new cushions, fabrics, and draperies in 2003. To port is a door to the huge nearly stand-up engine room.

Four steps down aft of the salon is the master stateroom with its walk around queen bed and full size closet and plenty of cabinets and drawers. This room was redecorated in 2003 with new fabrics, draperies, carpet, and counter-tops. The owners head is to the port and has a separate shower and a Lectrasan installed in 2003.
