General
Description:
San Ghibli is turn-key and ready to
go. Her bottom is in great shape, decks very good, fuel tanks
are new. Owned by a power squadron family as well as member of
local yacht club. She is maintained and has a ton of custom
options that is a must for most owners. Massive upgrades and
also is hull number five (#5 Hull) when Grand Banks went to
fiberglass. So, she is built when they poured on the structure.
No skimping here on this one! To include: New fuel tanks;
generator with 929 hours; Custom hydraulic lazaret hatch; Custom
Aluminum framed tinted Lexan frames on outside of existing
windows and insole blinds on salon windows; risers and hoses to
mufflers replaced; upgraded head systems including Vacu-flush
head with 40 gallon holding tank in the guest and the master is
equipped with electrician system; updated salon upholstery;
deckhouse and nonskid decks have been repainted; new fly bridge
cover; new helm swivel seat; the hull has been professionally
renewed with epoxy bottom Interlux System and as well has had
her yearly paint on the bottom on march 27th 2006; updated
propane system, stove with oven new 2004; refrigerator new 2004;
custom microwave enclosed box also new in 2005, fly bridge
freezer. Teak decks were removed by previous owner, have been
professionally done, freshly sealed, look great and now have
zero maintenance. Three Owner yacht with second owner going to
Bahamas once and then selling due to completion of dream cruise
(short ownership) Current owner has had her since 1996.
Brokers Remarks: Fuel burn which
is always a question is 5.1 gallons per hour @ 8 knots. You
cannot get better except to float from destination to the
next. An exceptionally nice yacht, number five on the way to
fiberglass hulls for Grand Banks and she is clean with a
personal inspection of engine room which is the cleanest of
the year I have seen with clean bilges, clean engines and
all fuel tanks have been replaced and all systems are really
clean. Interior is of above average with a ton of upgrades
with heads being replaced one with Electra-san in aft to
vacu-flush in forward, to salon fabrics which are neutral
and upscale, galley has had a complete replacement of all
items to prep for those special meals onboard from new stove
top with oven to the fridge/freezer, separate icemaker in
suite as well as another freezer/fridge under salon settee
and then one more freezer on fly bridge. NOTE: SURVEY
AVAILABLE FROM 2006. ALSO ALL MECHANICAL RECORDS AS WELL AS
SHIPS LOGS AND!
OIL SAMPLES ON ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS HAVE BEEN
MAINTAINED WELL FOR LONG TERM OUTLOOK ON HOW ENGINES ARE
PERFORMING V/S OIL. VERY NICE AND MOTIVATED SELLER.
He has his mind on a different
styled yacht and is now ready to part! All offers
considered.
