General Description:

This 36' Heritage West Indian Sedan Trawler was built late in 1977 and has a large vee berth cabin forward with a filler piece, drawers, shelves, etc. Next aft to port and starboard are hanging lockers and full length mirror. A teak folding door separates the two cabins. Aft to starboard is an enclosed head with a separate shower with teak grate, sink with hot and cold pressure water. To port is a U-shaped galley with full stand-up refrigerator/freezer, and electric Princess stove and oven, double S/S sinks, numerous lockers, etc. One then steps up to the main salon with the lower helm to starboard, a large open salon with sofa, upholstered armchair and table between. The sofas have a navy blue fabric and there is a new Rose-colored carpet throughout the interior and white and blue curtains. This vessel has an ideal layout for living aboard for two people. She is clean and above average in condition on her both her interior and exterior.
