General Description:

This trawler had completed a major refit in 2002 (over $50K) and a major engine tune up ($5k) in October 2006. The refit made her an excellent live aboard with full size head/shower, a roomy galley and good storage in the stateroom. Every boat refit represents corrections of problems the owner experienced with  previous boats; this owner has had 4 previous vessels ranging from 27 to 85 feet so this boat has a lot of the aggravations removed.

The former 2 stateroom, passageway and head configuration has been replaced  by a storage rich stateroom and a useable head. Guests are accommodated by large settees in the main salon. The salon area has large windows which are tinted, providing privacy and eliminating heat while affording a great view.
 
With it's 18' bridge clearance and FLS (Forward Looking Sonar) cruising the ICW is a pleasure.  It's reassuring twin diesel power makes venturing to the Bahamas and beyond a comfortable possibility.
 

The owners new ICW home has less than 3' of water at the dock which will not accommodate this boat, so it's priced at $89,000 which is $11,000 below the insured value . There is a new 2007 survey and 2007 ultrasound are available on request.
